True to their name, MGMT get to work in their new video for Congratulations track “It’s Working,” building an impossible machine. While not as disturbing as their clip for “Flash Delirium,” the band’s new video has its share of weirdness, as their strange device they construct seems to have the ability to both shrink people and change their sex (plus it makes ice cream!). The video was directed by French artist So Me, who has previously helmed clips by Kid Cudi and Kanye West, as well as co-directing the Justice tour documentary A Cross the Universe.

MGMT have some TV appearances in the works, catch them June 24 on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and July 23 on Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson. Plus, they’ve been nominated for a Teen Choice award for “Choice Music Rock Group,” in which they will be squaring off against Kings of Leon, Muse, Paramore, and Train!
