
Morrissey to Reissue “Viva Hate”
Remastered Solo Debut Out March 26

On March 26 EMI has announced that it will reissue Morrissey‘s debut solo album Viva Hate. The 1988 release will be remastered by original producer Stephen Street, and feature previously unseen photos taken from the sessions. EMI has also revealed that it will be sell an exclusive Morrissey Record Store Day release on April 23: a limited-edition 10’’ picture disc, featuring a remix of “Suedehead” by Sparks members Ron and Russell Mael, and two previously unreleased BBC live versions of “We’ll Let You Know” and “Now My Heart Is Full.” Just cause it seems appropriate, you can check out the video for “Suedehead” below.
