Noël Wells Shares New Song “Star”
Debut Album Due Out in Spring 2019

Noël Wells is an actress/writer/director. She had a stint on Saturday Night Live, was Aziz Ansari’s love interest in the first season of Netflix’s Master of None, and wrote/directed/starred in the independent film Mr. Roosevelt. Now she has also launched a career as a singer/songwriter. Her debut album is due out next spring (album details TBA) and she’s shared another song from it, “Star.” It follows her recent single “Sunrise.” Listen to it below.
Wells had this to say about the song in a press release: “Beyond a love song about two lovers, ‘Star’ also serves as a cheeky lullaby about innocence, fame, and fate. It is a poem about desiring freedom and a call for a romantic rebellion against the forces that try and separate us from ourselves, each other, our dreams, and our natural state of love.”
