South by Southwest’s Canadian brother North by Northeast has announced its return on June 11-17 in Toronto. Featuring its own mix of film screenings and interactive panels, its live music contribution is set to include some 650 bands, including the likes of The Flaming Lips, of Montreal, The Men, Porcelain Raft, Purity Ring, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Friends, Plants and Animals, 2:54, Violens, and many others.
Music, film, and interactive badges are now available via the festival’s website.
