Last week, we reported that Panda Bear, the sweetly intoxicating synth-folk side project of Animal Collective’s Noah Lennox, set a date (April 19) for its long, long, long-awaited fourth album. Today, Panda Bear released the official track list for Tomboy, the follow-up to 2007’s Person Pitch.
