With Tomboy, his follow up to 2007’s Person Pitch still on the horizon, Panda Bear has announced new single “You Can Count On Me,” out October 19th. Currently on pre-order at Domino records, the two-song seven-inch is limited to 500 copies and features the beautiful pencil drawing seen above.
