Phoenix Wants You!...To Remix Their Album
A Gift to the Fans
Sep 20, 2010
Phoenix
As Phoenix prepare to call it a day on their latest touring cycle and head back to France (to record a follow-up, or just toast their great success), the band has offered up fans one last surprise—each song off Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix has been broken down to its individual parts and is being offered up for a free download.
As the band wrote on their site, ““We want to thank you with a few presents before our last shows in the U.S. for a while. (You never know how long we’ll take to record the next album.)” While Phoenix has already proved they love remixes, this present gives fans who aren’t fronting high (or highish) profile projects a chance to put their own spin on the material.
