Last year Pixies released a new album, Head Carrier, via Pixiesmusic/[PIAS]. Now the band have announced what they’re calling “leg three” of their 2017 North American tour dates. The shows go down in November and December and will be their final shows of the year. The Orwells will open the first half of the dates, with Whitney being the support act on the second half. Tickets go on sale this Friday, May 19, at 10 AM PT. All their North American dates are below, followed by the video for “Classic Masher.”

Head Carrier is the band’s second album since reuniting in 2004 and is the follow-up to 2014’s Indie Cindy, which was more of an EP collection than an album. It is the first album to feature Paz Lenchantin (A Perfect Circle, Zwan, The Entrance Band) as their new permanent bassist.
