Back on May 15 Courtney Barnett played a hometown show at the Forum Theatre in Melbourne, Australia. The good folks over at Moshcam filmed the whole show. Today we’re premiering video of one song from the show, “An Illustration of Loneliness (Sleepless in NY).” The whole show goes live on Monday, July 6, at Moshcam.com.
“An Illustration of Loneliness (Sleepless in NY)” can be found on Barnett’s debut full-length album, Sometimes I Sit and Think, and Sometimes I Just Sit, which is out now via Milk! and Mom + Pop. Barnett has some upcoming tour dates, including a few U.S. ones, and you can check out her full schedule over at her website. Moshcam have filmed more than 1,000 shows over the last few years at venues around the world.
