On September 1, Esben and the Witch will release their new album A New Nature. They’ve promised something more ghostly and undone than previous efforts. If their new single “Dig Your Fingers in” is any indication, the ghostly trio is going straight for the emotional jugular. The track’s power streams from the power of Rachel Davies’ emotive soprano—by the time the instrumental cacophony kicks in, you’re already undone. Listen to our premiere of the cut below.
