Melancholy pop collective Stars are heading out on tour in support of last year’s offering The North. In honor of the occasion, the band is offering up a two-song EP, recorded during the same sessions.

We’re pleased to premiere EP track, “The Light.” Like many Stars songs before it, “The Light” grapples with some of life’s darker emotional themes. But as they’ve done so many times before, the band infuses it with a dark optimism. Take a listen below.
