Premiere: The Dears - “Here’s to the Death of All the Romance”
Times Infinity Volume One Due Out September 25 on Dangerbird

The Dears
Montreal collective The Dears have shared “Here’s to the Death of All the Romance,” a surging new single that, like much of their best work, somehow manages to sound both restrained and melodramatic.
The track is our second taste of the forthcoming Times Infinity Volume One, which is due out September 25 on Dangerbird (another volume is also planned for 2016). Previously, the band offered up “I Used to Pray For the Heavens to Fall.” Dears members Natalia Yanchak and Patrick Krief had this to say about their latest single, which nods to the No Cities Left track “22: The Death of All the Romance”:
“The song is self-referential in the sense that it’s a sequel to ‘22’ - but with a drum breakdown that lends well to spazzy interpretive dance moves in a top hat.”
