Real Estate have announced some new tour dates. Recently the band announced that Matt Mondanile had left the band to focus on his Ducktails project. Julian Lynch (also from the band’s home state of New Jersey and a well-regarded solo artist in his own right) has replaced him and these dates will feature the new lineup. Last month the band performed their first shows with Lynch. A recent press release also promised that Real Estate’s next album, the follow-up to 2014’s widely acclaimed Atlas, is tentatively due out in early 2017 and today’s press release says that they are working on the album now. The new dates are below.

Real Estate’s Martin Courtney also released a solo album in 2015, Many Moons. Read our interview with Courtney about it.
