Record Store Day, the annual celebration of independent record stores, is happening April 16 this year and now the organization has announced the full list of all the special vinyl releases you buy on the day. The list for U.S. releases is here. And U.K. music fans can check out the list of British releases here. Records will be available at your local independent record store.
Some of the artists putting out releases this year include Air, alt-J, Best Coast, David Bowie, CHVRCHES, Miles Davis, Dead Can Dance, Death Cab for Cutie, Deerhoof, Mac DeMarco, J Dilla, Bob Dylan, The Feelies, Field Music, The Flaming Lips, Florence and the Machine, Dizzy Gillespie, The Go! Team, John Grant, Albert Hammond Jr., Hot Hot Heat, Low, Lush, Manic Street Preachers, Mew, Mumford & Sons, Muse, OutKast, Pinback, Jay Reatard, Run the Jewels, Sex Pistols, Regina Spektor, The Thermals, The Weeknd, Matthew E. White, Wolf Alice, and many others.
