David Lynch
You know your single-minded friend who has an obsession and won’t shut up about it? Yeah, I know, we’re starting to sound that way about Record Store Day. But seriously, why would we not tell you about all the cool stuff being released on April 19? Take for example Sacred Bones’ release of David Lynch electronic soundscape, The Air is on Fire.
The piece orgionally soudnracked Lynch’s 2007 art exhibition at Paris’ Fondation Cartier pour l’art contemporain. However, this is the first vinyl release of the soundtrack, and it’s limited to 2000 copies. Be sure to grab the album on April 19.
