South London duo Sandhouse—Anna and Caspar—have released their second single, “Bite Me Back,” prior to a sold-out show at Bermondsey Social Club in London. The track merges a trip-hop sensibility with a grungy pop aesthetic, elevated by Anna’s ethereal vocals, creating a hauntingly layered sound that’s distinctly their own.
The duo describes “Bite Me Back” as “a love song with a jagged edge,” capturing the chaotic allure of staying connected even when it might be unhealthy. Following their debut track, “Sick Of Your Face,” which introduced their dark yet infectious style, Sandhouse has expanded their musical palette in this latest release, showcasing a bold evolution. Now back in the studio, they’re working on their debut EP, which is expected in the coming months, with further live dates to be announced soon.
