Following in the footsteps of St. Vincent, HAIM, and many other poor souls, Sleater-Kinney recently became the latest victims of the world’s worst music publicist Janessa Slater, Saturday Night Live castmember Vanessa Bayer’s recurring web series character for Above Average. Discussing their differing definitions of feminism and whether as an all-girl band they’ve solved any mysteries (“This seems like a Nancy Drew kind of team.”) you can watch the whole awkward exchange on IFC.
