David Lynch
Next week iconic fillmmaker-turned-part-time-songwriter David Lynch will release his sophomore LP The Big Dream. The follow-up to his 2011 debut Crazy Clown Time, the forthcoming record has landed online in full to stream. In a press release, Lynch described the music on the effort as his take on “modern blues,” saying “Most of the songs start out as a type of blues jam and then we go sideways from there. What comes out is a hybrid, modernized form of low-down blues.” Click here to visit Pitchfork Advance to listen. The Big Dream arrives July 16 in the U.S. via Sacred Bones and July 15 in Europe via Sunday Best.
