Stream Lily Allen’s New Album, “Sheezus”
Out May 6
Apr 29, 2014 Lily Allen
Steadily rolling out the portions of her new album since last November, sharing the music and music videos for tracks such as “Hard Out Here,” “Air Balloon,” “L8 CMMR,” and the record’s title track “Sheezus,” the new LP will finally see release next week on May 6 in the U.S. and May 5 in the UK. Providing an early preview, the entire thing is available to stream on iTunes Radio. Click here to listen.
Last month Allen admitted that she’s been dissatisfied with the way her label forced her to pick certain songs for the LP, holding back her “better” material. In an interview with Rolling Stone Allen elaborated saying, “I just want to have more control. I want to put things out in the way that I want. I feel like I know my fanbase better than they [my label] know my fanbase. I communicate with them every day. I set it up on MySpace. I saw how it evolved and how it worked. I wish they would let me do it in my way.”
