As prolific as he has demonstrated himself to be Kevin Barnes was bound to have leftover songs that were worth grouping together one day for a compilation. Gathering outtakes from 2007’s Hissing Fauna, Are You the Destroyer?, 2008’s Skeletal Lamping, 2010’s False Priest, as well as numerous out of print 7’’ b-sides and unreleased material, of Montreal‘s anticipated rarities collection Daughter of Cloud is now streaming in full over at MTV Hive. Available digitally as well as on CD, 180 gram 2xLP and 200 limited edition hand numbered purple cassettes, the record is out now.

Indeed it is a great wealth of colors and shapes. I wonder if it comes from a culture .... Indian .... very nice picture anyway.
