Next week Austin-based ensemble Shearwater will release their very own covers album Fellow Travelers, tackling the works of artists the band has had the privilege to tour alongside of over the years. Covering songs originally written by St. Vincent, Coldplay, Wye Oak, Xiu Xiu, as well as brand new duet with Sharon Van Etten, the compilation is currently available to stream over on NPR’s First Listen. Fellow Travelers comes out Nov. 26 via Sub Pop.
