Sun Kil Moon’s new album, Universal Themes, is out tomorrow but the album is streaming in full at the band’s website now. El-P (of Run the Jewels) has interviewed Sun Kil Moon’s main creative force Mark Kozelek, going through each song on the album track-by-track, and that interview is also up on Sun Kil Moon’s website. The in-depth interview touches on growing old, the passing of friends, the rigors of the touring life, and Kozelek’s acting career (he almost got a part in Steven Spielberg’s Minority Report).
