Chris Walla
Death Cab for Cutie founding member/guitarist/producer Chris Walla left the band last year after 17 years and now he’s releasing Tape Loops, his first solo album since exiting the band. It’s due out next Friday (October 16) via Trans Records. Now you can stream the whole thing below, via NPR First Listen. The five-song album is meant to be listened to as one piece, features no vocals, and was partly influenced by Brian Eno’s Music for Airports.
