Taylor Swift is releasing a new album, Reputation, on November 10. As promised, last night she debuted its first single, “Look What You Made Me Do” (which many on the Internet are theorizing might be about her feud with Kanye West) via a lyric video. We’re not exactly Taylor Swift scholars here at Under the Radar, but as far as opening singles go, “Look What You Made Me Do” doesn’t hit anywhere near as hard as “Shake It Off,” the now iconic first single from her last album, 1989. She has now also shared a teaser trailer for its video, which will premiere during the MTV Music Video Awards this Sunday. Listen to the song and watch the teaser below.
Reputation is the follow-up 2014’s mega huge 1989, which was later covered by Ryan Adams (whose cover album was then covered by Father John Misty, in the style of The Velvet Underground). In the last week Swift has posted some strange teaser videos featuring a snake.
