The Beths
The Beths are a new four-piece from New Zealand who released their debut album, the amusingly titled Future Me Hates Me, back in August via Carpark. Now they have shared a cover of “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas.” Hugh Martin and Ralph Blane wrote the song, which was originally recorded by Judy Garland for the 1944 musical Meet Me in St. Louis and later recorded by Frank Sinatra and others. The Beths’ version is out now as a 7-inch via Carpark. The B-side includes the demo version of the band’s “Happy Unhappy” and all profits from the 7-inch go to Girls Rock Camp Foundation. Check out the song below.
