The Black Keys
We kinda all knew it was coming after the announcement that they were going to release a new song—The Black Keys have a new album on the way. As announced via Mike Tyson’s twitter (yes, that Mike Tyson) the duo will release Turn Blue on May 13.
Watch the hypnotically creepy announcement video below.

This has to be the weirdest album announcement I’ve ever seen. I understand the idea of going back to the 90’s-era ads, but where in the hell did they come up with this? It has definitely sparked my interest in terms of what the album will be like, but knowing The Black Keys it won’t be like anything they’ve already done. Especially considering this odd YouTube announcement, I find it hard to see any normalcy to come with an album. In terms of the title, Turn Blue, that’s pretty sweet. May 13th can’t come soon enough.
