After premiering their brand new single “Magic Mountain” earlier this week, The Drums have announced the release of their third full-length album Encyclopedia, which will arrive on Sept. 22. Vocalist Jonny Pierce says in a press release “Encyclopedia is full of magic and surprise while maintaining a serious, more weighty tone throughout. We were feeling very angry, confused, and alone when we made this album; and we wanted to be very honest this time around, even if being honest meant making some people uncomfortable. We’ve left the beach for higher ground, always searching for hope.”

Coinciding with the record’s announced due date, the duo have shared the album’s cover art (pictured), and tracklist (down below).
