The Fiery Furnaces Announce Fall Tour
Cryptacize and Dent May Will Support
Oct 01, 2009 The Fiery Furnaces
The Fiery Furnaces seriously got back on track for their old TV shows-inspired eighth LP, I’m Going Away (out now on Thrill Jockey). After some summer of festivals and whatnot the brother-sister band will tour North America in November and December.
Later on in October Eleanor and Matt’s cover versions of the latest record will drop in digital format and the word (or lack thereof?) is still out on that forthcoming “silent record.”
In the other Fiery news, WNYC held a music video contest for the TV show theme-like “The End Is Near.” You can watch the winning clip and the other entries right here. The tour dates with Cryptacize and Dent May & His Magnificent Ukulele are below.

I think they are planning on having a tour in North America, but when will they post their tour dates. Also, does anyone know what locations they will most likely be attending?
