Maybe this is an early April Fools joke? With The Flaming Lips, who can say? The fearless freaks recently announced that they’re releasing an album intended to be played the same time as Pink Floyd’s The Dark Side of the Moon. The name of the release? The Flaming Side of the Moon. (Duh.) Like Dark Side of the Moon, the album also syncs up with The Wizard of Oz.
Grab the album now via “all participating digital outlets.” Friends and family of the band take note: they’ve press 100 copies of it just for you.
