The Last Shadow Puppets
The Last Shadow Puppets (the duo of Miles Kane and Arctic Monkeys’ Alex Turner) released their great debut album, The Age of Understatement, back in 2008. It’s been a long wait for a sophomore release (although Arctic Monkeys have released three albums since then and Kane has also put out two solo albums in that time). Well it looks like we might finally be getting a second helping of The Last Shadow Puppets next year. The band have posted a video teaser trailer that shows them in the studio. It ends with “Spring 2016,” so the expectation is that they will have a new album out then. Word is that Owen Pallett has done the string arrangements. Watch the teaser below.
