The Shins Share Halloween-Timed Video for a New Song - “Dead Alive”
"A Halloween gift while you wait for the album."

The Shins
Yesterday The Shins posted a creepy teaser trailer, but it was unsure exactly what it was for. It turns out it was a new video for a brand new song, “Dead Alive,” which the band has now shared. It features giants and miniature towns, skeletons and other creepy things, as well as frontman James Mercer. The video is timed to Halloween and a press release says: “James Mercer wanted to give you all a Halloween gift while you wait for the album.” That new album will likely be out in 2017 and will be the follow-up to 2012’s Port of Morrow. Watch the video below.
