The Thermals Get Personal on New LP
New Album To Be Released on Kill Rock Stars in September
Jun 04, 2010
The Thermals
Portland’s The Thermals, after a trio of thematically linked records excoriating right wing politics and organized religion, have announced the September 7 release of Personal Life on Kill Rock Stars. Reuniting with Fuckin A’ producer Chris Walla (Death Cab For Cutie), the record’s said to be more personal lyrically, ruminating on love and lies in lieu of their prior albums’ morose obsessions with politics and death. Lead single “I Don’t Believe You” is due to be released August 10.
