The Weather Station (the project of Toronto-based singer/songwriter Tamara Linderman) released her self-titled and self-produced fourth album last year via Paradise of Bachelors. Now she has shared a video for “Impossible,” in which Linderman has help from three other women (in particular from their hands) to go about everyday tasks. Linderman co-directed the video with Colin Medley. Watch it below, followed by The Weather Station’s upcoming tour dates
Lindeman had this to say about the video in a press release: “This was one of these late night, half asleep ideas. A sort of child-like play on free will. On the idea of habit, or how much one is controlled by unconscious ideas. On the idea of moving against - or moving with - these forces.”
