Premiere: Trevor Sensor – “Judas Said To Be a Man”
Single Out May 27 via Jagjaguwar
Apr 21, 2016 Trevor Sensor
Last month, singer/songwriter Trevor Sensor released his debut EP, Texas Girls and Jesus Christ. Today, we’re pleased to premiere Sensor’s latest single, “Judas Said To Be A Man,” which is out digitally on May 27 via Jagjaguwar. The brief burst of a song finds Sensor’s strained, immediately captivating voice constantly fluctuating between awe and anguish, just as his words effortlessly entangle religious imagery and personal confession.
Head below to listen and check out Sensor’s June tour dates with folk trio The Staves.
