While TV on the Radio slumbers (The name at least—all members are busy with other projects), producer/multi-instrumentalist Dave Sitek is busy prepping his solo project under the name Maximum Balloon. While a promised “collective of guest vocalists,” are being kept under wraps as is the title of the album due out in August (via DGC/Interscope), one wonders what clues Myspace, Twitter, and Facebook might hold.
