Twin Shadow to Premiere “Five Seconds” Music Video in Times Square
Special Live Performance Will Follow Debut
May 31, 2012
Mr. Twin Sister
On June 18 at 8 p.m. Twin Shadow‘s George Lewis Jr. will broadcast himself in way that is typically reserved for Broadway shows and mass conglomerate advertising, premiering the music video for his Confess lead single “Five Seconds” on a Jumbotron in Manhattan’s Times Square. Put together by arts organization Artist Wanted‘s Art Takes Times Square program, Lewis will also be on hand with the rest of his band to perform live after the video’s debut to the throng of unsuspecting sightseers. The big event will be only the beginning of Twin Shadow’s upcoming North American tour in support of the Forget follow-up. Confess is out July 10 via 4AD.
