British duo Ultimate Painting have announced a new album, Up!, and shared a black & white video for its first single, “Not Gonna Burn Myself Anymore.” Up! is due out April 6 via Bella Union (their first for the label after three albums on Trouble In Mind). Below is the “Not Gonna Burn Myself Anymore” video, followed by the album’s tracklist and cover art.

Ultimate Painting is Jack Cooper of Mazes and James Hoare of Veronica Falls. The album is the follow-up to 2016’s Dusk and they took more time between albums this time. As Cooper says in a press release: “We started to question what people wanted from us and in the process I think we briefly lost the idea of what the band was. We made the first three records so quickly, so no doubts had had the opportunity to creep in. It was all momentum.”

Cooper also had this to say about “Not Gonna Burn Myself Anymore”: “I wrote it in one go and disregarded it as I thought it’d come too easy or that it was too much like something I’d obviously write. Over the next few days I kept singing it to myself. Sometimes the best songs are completely spontaneous and pure. I wrote the words to reflect that… not everything worthwhile has to be hard work.”

Up! Tracklist:

1. Needles In My Eyes
2. Not Gonna Burn Myself Anymore
3. I Am Your Gun
4. Foul & Fair
5. Someone’s Out To Get You
6. Take Shelter
7. My Procedure
8. Lying In Charles Street
9. The Darkness In His Eyes
10. Snake Pass
