Returning with her sophomore album One Breath on Oct. 8, Mercury Prize-winning artist Anna Calvi has premiered a new music video for her single “Eliza.” Directed by Emma Nathan, the visual follows Calvi as she runs through a forest in pursuit of a figure that is wearing the exact dark cloak as Calvi herself. As Calvi had previously said of the song being about “seeing a strong and beautiful woman who reminds you of a part of yourself that has got lost somehow, and striving to become that person again,” the metatphor within the chase becomes rather apparent.
