Austra released a four song EP this week called Habitat, and now we have a video for the title track. Director Matt Lambert describes the video in a press release as an exploration of “the fragile and tender moments of anxiety and anticipation that lead up to first intimate contact”.
Austra released Habitat to feature the song, which they felt “didn’t seem to fit with the sounds of Feel it Break or Olympia,” according to singer Katie Stelmanis. “We decided to finally put it out as a single along with 3 new instrumental tracks.”
