Black Mountain are releasing their fourth album, the fittingly titled IV, on April 1 via Jajaguwar. Now the band has shared a video for “Mothers of the Sun,” the album’s eight-and-a-half-minute opening track. The strange clip starts slow, like the song, with two people in a cave slowly nodding along to the music. But then things start to get more bizarre. Watch it below, followed by the band’s upcoming tour dates.

IV was recorded in Seattle with producer Randall Dunn (Sunn O))), Wolves in the Throne Room) at his Avast! studio. Core members Stephen McBean, Jeremy Schmidt, Amber Webber, and Joshua Wells were joined in the studio by bassist Arjan Miranda.
