British songwriter/producer Devonté Hynes, who sometimes works under the moniker Blood Orange, has premiered a retro-trip music video for his Coastal Grooves track “Champagne Coast.” Directed by Haley Wollens, the whole thing like a “cinematic” video game sequence taken from the late ‘80s in terms of its flat animation and special effects, featuring lots of dancing women and Hynes singing in the background. Click below to watch. Blood Orange is current supporting Florence and the Machine on her nationwide tour through the U.S.
