Watch: Boxed In - “False Alarm” Video
Boxed In Out Now via Nettwerk

Boxed In
We’re definite fans of Boxed In, the London-based four-piece that’s the project of producer/musician Oli Bayston (who has also produced the likes of Petite Noir and Rose Elinor Dougall, among others). We did a Pleased to Meet You feature on them last year and the band played our official SXSW showcase this year at Central Presbyterian Church. One of the highlights of that set (and of Boxed In’s self-titled album, which is out now via Nettwerk) was “False Alarm,” which got the audience to their feet and dancing in the pews. Now we have a video for the cut. It features the band performing under a full moon and some shots towards the end seem to be in 3D. Check it out below via Stereogum, who premiered it, followed by the band’s upcoming tour dates (which includes a date in Los Angles opening for TV on the Radio as one of KCRW’s Sound in Focus free concerts).
