Watch: Courtney Barnett - “Nobody Really Cares If You Don’t Go to the Party” Video
Sometimes I Sit and Think, and Sometimes I Just Sit Out Now via Mom + Pop
Aug 20, 2015 Courtney Barnett
Australian singer/songwriter/guitarist Courtney Barnett has shared a video for “Nobody Really Cares If You Don’t Go to the Party.” Jon White directed the video, which was shot 48 hours ago in London. Barnett performed a pop-up show outside the Camden High Street tube station and that’s where the video was shot. It combines professional footage with fan footage. Barnett and her band perform underneath a billboard with the song’s title on it. Identical billboards, posters, and murals also bearing the song’s title have shown up around the world in the last few months, building up to the video.
“Nobody Really Cares If You Don’t Go to the Party” can be found on Barnett’s debut full-length album, Sometimes I Sit and Think, Pop. Check out the video below, followed by a teaser trailer for the performance/video, and Barnett’s upcoming tour dates.
