Just a few hours ago the town of Wee Waa, Australia, hosted the official launch party for Daft Punk’s first album in eight years, Random Access Memories. Taking place during the town’s annual Wee Waa Show the event featured a massive LED dance floor and a firework display. Although the robot-headed duo were unable to take part in the event themselves, the night’s celebration didn’t stop the town’s 2,000 residents from swelling to some 4,000-plus attendees.
Down below you can watch a series of short clips taken from the party, including a flyover from plane. You can also watch various videos posted by town residents, who went all-out in the lead-up for the event with a series called “Road to Wee Waa.”
