EL VY (the project of The National’s frontman Matt Berninger and former Menomena member Brent Knopf, who also records as Ramona Falls) released their excellent debut album, Return to the Moon, last October via 4AD. They have been releasing amusing black & white videos for all of the songs on the album and now here’s the final one, for “Careless.” They have now released videos for every song on the album. Berninger’s brother, Tom, once again directs. It features both band members, as well as Matt Berninger’s daughter. Watch below as Matt whips his hair, feeds a dog, and gets tangled up in hula hoops. The Talkhouse premiered it and they also presented a video of Matt and Tom talking to a small audience about all the EL VY videos which they describe as a disastrous Q&A. Watch that below as well.
