Father John Misty (aka Josh Tillman) released a new album, God’s Favorite Customer, back in June via Sub Pop worldwide (except for Europe, where it’s on Bella Union). On Saturday he performed at Historic Fort York in Toronto. During his performance of the album’s title track, “God’s Favorite Customer,” Jenny Lewis joined him onstage, singing the part sung by Weyes Blood (aka Natalie Mering) on the album. Lewis has recently played some shows with Tillman. Watch fan video of the performance below.

Father John Misty released his last album, Pure Comedy, in April 2017 via Sub Pop (it was Under the Radar‘s #1 Album of 2017 So Far in our midyear wrap up and #9 in our final Top 100 Albums of 2017 list).
