Watch: Feist and Mastodon - “A Commotion” Video
Interactive Choose-Your-Version Clip
Jul 31, 2012
Feist
For those of you who might have missed the opportunity to purchase it on Record Store Day, Feist and Mastodon’s formerly limited split-single 7’‘ has now been made available as a digital download. In addition to the tracks “A Commotion” and “Black Tongue” being on sale however, “Feistodon” has also released an interactive music video directed by Vice Cooler. While the clip itself features Feist smashing instruments and destroying what appeared to be a relatively lovely room, the audio allows users to crossfade between Feist and Mastodon’s versions of the song, letting fans make their own unique mix. Cranking it up all the way to Mastodon’s audio and watching Feist act out is, needless to say, very rewarding. Click here to watch and play.
