It becomes pretty clear in Florence and the Machine‘s music video for the Ceremonials cut “Spectrum,” things would have turned out really different if filmmaker Darren Aronofsky had chosen to cast Ms. Welch in his 2010 flick Black Swan. Featuring all kinds of elaborate costumes, designed sets, and skilled ballet dancers the whole thing feels like one of the mind-altering episodes inflicted upon Natalie Portman’s character in the movie.
