Watch: Foals – “A Knife in the Ocean” Lyric Video
What Went Down, Due August 28 via Warner Music
Aug 06, 2015 Foals
Foals previously announced their new album, What Went Down (out August 28 via Warner Music). They’ve already shared the title track via its video and the audio for “Mountain At My Gates,” as well as its Spherical virtual reality video. Yesterday “What Went Down” got the remix treatment courtesy of The Haxan Cloak (aka British producer and musician Bobby Krlic). Now Foals have shared a lyric video for the near-7-minute-long What Went Down track “A Knife in the Ocean.” It features lots of shots of the ocean intercut with images of explosions and children doing somersaults (but mainly it’s shots of waves breaking on a coastline and against cliffs). Leif Podhajsky directed it. Check it out below.
