Watch: Frankie Cosmos - “Young” Video

Next Thing and Fit Me In EP Both Out Now via Bayonet Records

Sep 06, 2016 Frankie Cosmos

Frankie Cosmos, the project of Greta Kline, along with her backing band, released their new album Next Thing, back in April via Bayonet Records. Now Kline has shared a video for “Young,” although it’s actually a song taken from the Fit Me In EP that she released last year (also via Bayonet).

Eliza Doyle directed the video, which doesn’t star Kline and instead features mother and daughter actresses, Bambi Marangio-Pitts & Kendelle Rose-Pitts, who pretend to perform the song onstage. Kline’s friend Zazie cameos (presumably that’s the little girl who shows up out of nowhere in a strange DIY lyric video interruption). Kline had this to say about the video in a press release: “The video is about Star Quality in its various forms - and how it translates from person to person, generation to generation.” Watch below, followed by Frankie Cosmos’ upcoming tour dates.

Oh ! I like songs of Frankie Cosmos. rijksmuseum tour     Next Thing is one of her great album. I love the song “Young” from it very much although it’s actually a song taken from the Fit Me In EP, one of her album before Next Thing. Her whole band crew is amazing.
